2 ingredient naan
Unbelievably easy - there really is no need for store bought naan with long unhealthy ingredient lists! This yummy naan only needs to ingredients but you can spice it up adding garlic and herbs.
1.5 cups flour ( I like to use spelt but whatever suits your body the best is fine)
1 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
Optional additions such as finely chopped garlic, salt, fresh coriander…
To make
Knead together the flour and yoghurt for about 5 mins, add the optional extras and divide into 6-8 balls.
Lightly flour your work surface and flatten each portion into a rectangular shape.
Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat and place flattened dough on the pan, cook for 3 mins or until golden and flip cooking the other side till golden.
Serve with your curry and yoghurt and lime juice.
