CHOCOLATE LOVE CAKE

This cake is SO delicious. At a recent workshop I did a participant could not believe I was giving the recipe away!

INGREDIENTS

intuition, selflove, trust

1 egg ( optional)

1 cup rinsed pitted dates soaked in hot water for 5 mins

1 tin coconut cream

3/4 cup desicated coconut

3/4 cup cacao

1 cup almond meal

1 ripe banana

1.5 tablespoons coconut oil

Simply blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Grease and line a baking tin with baking paper - I use a love heart shape tin. Place mixture in the tin and bake for about 35-40 mins on about 180C.

Once cooked, refrigerate for a few hours before serving and store cake in the fridge as this gives its magical fudge texture.

Serve with berries and natural yoghurt. I like to devorate wth edible flowers and petals.
