superfood cacao, coconut and chia pudding
These are such a healthy superfood protein snack, dessert or breakfast. Top with some berries and natural yoghurt.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup coconut cream ( for a less rich option you can use milk of any variety)
For toppings
Fresh berries and natural yoghurt - coconut or dairy
Whisk all ingredients together until combined and allow mixture to set for about ten minutes. This allow the chia seeds to gel. then whisk together again and cover and place in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
When serving add the berries and yoghurt.
